The Institute intends to use a skillful, successful and goal oriented management strategy to enable easier adaptation to the changing socio-economic, management and sustainability issues to attain a premier training, research and consultancy status as a modern Research and Development (R&D) institution in national and international scientific arena.

The Institute plans to organize national and international conferences, seminars, symposia, workshops, and research meetings on vital contemporary and future themes and issues in India and abroad, establish its own publishing department to publish research journals, monographs, research and academic books on various subjects, themes, and scientific issues for promotion and dissemination of new knowledge, academic books, besides other publishing and printing related services such as editing. 

The institute aims to conduct various offline and online diploma and certificate courses for knowledge and skills development, and short-term internships, vocational and skills development trainings, and summer and winter school trainings programs on different contemporary and futuristic themes and issues to increase the employability skills and offer franchise services for wider coverage domestically and globally. 

The thematic areas under the scientific and R&D activities particularly aims to focus on the topics such as vocational and skills development qualifications and standards, flexible education and trainings and including the theoretical foundation, soft skills and innovative programs, training technologies, handbooks and training materials for vocational mentors, and teaching quality and qualifications recognition. 

The Institute targets to organize, conduct, undertake, and facilitate policy-oriented research and consultancy activities related to varied novel and futuristic topics for the benefit of society and economy.
